目前国内无纸面(mian)(mian)石(shi)膏板生产线(xian)的自(zi)动(dong)化程度(du)还未实现(xian)(xian),现(xian)(xian)处于手动(dong)和(he)半自(zi)动(dong)水平(ping),受自(zi)动(dong)化水平(ping)的限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),国内的无纸面(mian)(mian)石(shi)膏板的质量和(he)产量均(jun)不能满足(zu)市(shi)场(chang)(chang)(chang)的需求;为(wei)了(le)(le)解决以上存在的问题,本设(she)(she)备(bei)提供了(le)(le)一(yi)套(tao)自(zi)动(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)统(tong);其所采(cai)用的方案是:该自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)统(tong)包括中央(yang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、温度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、配料(liao)工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、成型工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、切断工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、横向输送工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、各个工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)间通过(guo) MELSCNET/H 网(wang)(wang)络系(xi)统(tong)环网(wang)(wang)连接(jie),构成控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)网(wang)(wang)络层(ceng);各工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通过(guo) CC-LINK 网(wang)(wang)与(yu)智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)设(she)(she)备(bei)、变频器(qi)连接(jie),构成现(xian)(xian)场(chang)(chang)(chang)网(wang)(wang)络层(ceng);生产控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用分(fen)布式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)统(tong), CPU 模块(kuai)选用西(xi)(xi)门子 S7-300,现(xian)(xian)场(chang)(chang)(chang)I/O 模块(kuai)采(cai)用西(xi)(xi)门子 ET-200S,人(ren)机界(jie)面(mian)(mian) HMI 为(wei)西(xi)(xi)门子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)上位(wei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通过(guo)冗余(yu)工(gong)业以太网(wang)(wang)相连,从而实现(xian)(xian)生产过(guo)程的集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)实时数据统(tong)一(yi)管理(li)。设(she)(she)备(bei)级(ji)(变频器(qi)、分(fen)布式 I/O 等)采(cai)用现(xian)(xian)场(chang)(chang)(chang)总线(xian)通讯(xun)。电气(qi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)设(she)(she)备(bei)主(zhu)要(yao)包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操作(zuo)员站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、现(xian)(xian)场(chang)(chang)(chang)各类检测(ce)元件(jian)。
